Early Childhood Development Technician

Make a meaningful impact with Fueling Brains Education Services as an Early Childhood Development Technician in Calgary, Alberta. Support children's growth through individualized interventions and collaborative learning experiences.

This full-time role involves implementing plans for children receiving Program Unit Funding and Mild/Moderate funding. You will enhance communication, social-emotional skills, and independence while working closely with therapists and teachers. Strong observational skills and teamwork will be critical as you document progress and create an engaging environment for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support during daily routines and learning activities

• Implement individualized intervention plans for each child

• Monitor and document children’s progress toward goals

• Facilitate therapeutic and educational play-based activities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members on strategies

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field

• Minimum one year of experience in child development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible in adapting to diverse learning needs

• Valid Alberta Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
