This post-secondary teaching role requires the development and delivery of course content focused on competitive analysis and strategic formulation. Candidates must possess strong communication and organizational skills to uphold university teaching standards while fostering a constructive classroom atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach Strategic Management course Monday/Wednesday afternoons
• Develop course materials on competitive situations
• Prepare and grade assignments and exams
• Provide timely feedback to students on performance
• Maintain teaching standards and classroom decorum
Requirements:
• Graduate degree or relevant professional experience
• Prior post-secondary teaching experience
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
• Be available during the semester dates
