As an Early Childhood Educator, you will work closely with Lead and Group Teachers to maintain classroom readiness and provide consistent supervision across various learning settings.

Your role emphasizes collaboration, warmth, and reliability, helping create a secure atmosphere for every child's development and learning. Not limited to one specific age group, you will assist wherever needed throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nurturing supervision and promote child safety

• Support daily routines, including meals and hygiene

• Assist with classroom organization and learning material preparation

• Reinforce learning outcomes during group activities

• Participate in health, safety checks, and maintenance

Requirements:

• ECE Level 2/3 certification required

• 1-2 years of childcare experience in Canada

• Training in child development beneficial

• Availability for morning and evening shifts

• Strong communication skills with families and colleagues
