ELearning Specialist in Pension Education

Connect with APS as an eLearning Experience & Facilitation Specialist, delivering engaging knowledge presentations about pensions. This full-time role combines innovative eLearning and dynamic facilitation techniques.

The eLearning Experience & Facilitation Specialist contributes to enhancing understanding of pension plans through informative webinars and in-person sessions. You will develop compelling eLearning resources while collaborating with clients to design tailored educational programs. Your strong facilitation expertise will ensure participants navigate their pension options effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver virtual and in-person webinars for pension plan clients

• Develop customized eLearning solutions enhancing learning outcomes

• Collaborate on educational resources addressing member needs

• Provide clear, accurate information regarding pension benefits

• Facilitate workshops with diverse audiences across Alberta

Requirements:

• Minimum two years’ experience in facilitation

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field

• Proficient in Articulate and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

• Must have a valid driver’s license for travel
