Position: Early Childhood Lead Teacher Needed
Fueling Brains Academy invites applications for the position of Lead Teacher in early childhood education. This dynamic role requires creativity and strong skills in lesson planning and child supervision.

As a Lead Teacher, you will anchor a homeroom while guiding executive function development in preschool-aged children. Your responsibilities include creating engaging lesson plans and supervising children to ensure their safety and well-being. Close collaboration with Group Educators will be critical in delivering a consistent learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement plans that foster curiosity and independence

• Supervise children effectively in various settings

• Maintain health protocols and licensing requirements

• Document and assess children's development accurately

• Communicate openly with families regarding child progress

Requirements:

• ECE Diploma or Degree from a recognized institution

• Minimum 2 years’ early learning experience

• Valid ECE Certification required

• Familiarity with age-appropriate curriculum design

• Willingness to obtain First Aid certification
