Position: Early Learning Group Teacher Role
Join Fueling Brains Academy as an Early Learning Group Teacher dedicated to fostering child development in a nurturing environment. This role involves working with children aged 2.8–6 years, ensuring safety and engagement while cultivating connections.

In this pivotal role, you’ll build trusting relationships with your assigned group while collaborating with Lead Teachers on lesson facilitation and developmental insights. Your observations will help shape individual learning journeys and strengthen family communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain continuity of care during classroom transitions

• Model executive function-building behaviors for children

• Document and share developmental progress with the team

• Engage with families during pick-up and drop-off

• Collaborate with educators to enhance curriculum planning

Requirements:

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

• At least 2 years experience in early learning environments

• Deep understanding of children's emotional and cognitive needs

• Ability to promote independence and collaboration among children

• Criminal Record Check and First Aid Certification
