Position: Teacher Assistant for Elementary School

This full-time position focuses on instructional and clerical support under the supervision of certified staff. Successful candidates must have 36 college credit hours or completed substitute teacher training, alongside DESE Substitute Certification. You will play a key role in enhancing the classroom experience for both students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support and reinforcement

• Assist in classroom supervision and student activities

• Facilitate one-on-one tutoring for students

• Aid in clerical tasks for certified staff

• Support behavior management strategies in the classroom

Requirements:

• Minimum 36 college credit hours

• Completed substitute teacher training required

• DESE Substitute Certification necessary

• High school diploma, GED, or HISET

• Capable of providing emotional support to learners
