Join Fueling Brains Academy’s team as an On-Call Teacher. This role focuses on enriching children's lives through committed engagement and innovative teaching strategies in a supportive atmosphere.

As an On-Call Teacher, you will shape the learning environment for young children at Fueling Brains Academy. You'll utilize your interpersonal skills to foster self-esteem and imagination while guiding children through exploratory learning. Collaboration with your peers is essential, making lesson planning and implementation an enjoyable part of your job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate self-motivated learning experiences for children

• Encourage creative thinking and problem-solving in the classroom

• Plan and implement weekly lesson objectives

• Ensure a caring and safe educational environment

• Assist children with self-care needs as required

Requirements:

• At least one year of experience in childcare

• Hold Early Childhood Certification - ECE Level 1/2

• Current First Aid Certificate (can be obtained during hiring)

• Criminal Record Check required

• Experience with Reggio-inspired or Montessori methods is a plus
