Join APS as a Facilitation & eLearning Specialist, where your passion for teaching transforms pension knowledge into accessible insights. Drive member engagement through both virtual and in-person educational experiences.

As a key communicator with strong facilitation skills, you’ll help diverse audiences navigate pension benefits confidently. This role requires innovative thinking to develop interactive eLearning resources that resonate with learners' needs. Experience in instructional design will help you create effective learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct informative webinars and workshops on pension topics

• Assist members in understanding pension processes clearly

• Collaborate in designing educational resources for clients

• Develop eLearning content that strengthens learning outcomes

• Blend synchronous and asynchronous learning to ensure engagement

Requirements:

• Two years of workshop facilitation experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent

• Expertise in instructional design and content creation

• Familiarity with LMS technology and Adobe products

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license required for travel
