In this strategic role, you will develop, deliver, and manage effective training solutions across the organization. Collaborating closely with HR, Marketing, and Leadership teams, you will identify skills gaps and design curriculum for product knowledge, sales, and management training. This hands-on position is ideal for a proactive leader passionate about enhancing team capabilities through structured learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with HR and Marketing to establish training priorities

• Design engaging e-learning content with software tools

• Assess training needs to identify gaps in skills

• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programming

• Facilitate management development programs with HR

Requirements:

• Degree in Adult Education or equivalent experience

• Expertise in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360

• Strong knowledge of adult learning theories

• Proficiency in instructional design models

• Experience with Learning Management Systems
