Empower the next generation as a Mentorship Learning & Development Lead with Empowered Futures. This role focuses on designing programs and facilitating training to unlock potential in emerging adults.

As part of Empowered Futures, you will lead various learning initiatives aimed at developing confident and resourceful young adults. Your expertise will enhance employee capabilities by designing training programs, tracking outcomes, and mentoring team members. You will work collaboratively to assess training needs and deliver engaging workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and facilitate tailored learning programs

• Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps

• Develop training materials and resources for staff

• Mentor team members for professional growth

• Manage scheduling and documentation for training sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

• 4+ years in learning and development roles

• Experience in training design and facilitation

• Familiarity with learning analytics tools

• Knowledge of non-profit environments is a plus
