Student Recruitment Advisor at University

Become a vital part of the University of Calgary as a full-time Student Recruitment Advisor for an 8-month term. Engage with prospective undergraduate students through various outreach strategies to promote exceptional programs and student experiences.

In this pivotal role reporting to the Manager of International Recruitment, you will assist with digital recruitment driving awareness about University offerings. You will provide essential information, advise on admissions, conduct informational sessions, and support in-person recruitment efforts as needed. Your collaboration with various teams will help establish effective strategies for student engagement on campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outreach to potential undergraduate applicants

• Provide accurate information on admissions and programs

• Pre-screen application credentials for potential students

• Plan and deliver campus tours for visitors

• Assist in marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university

• Excellent writing and public speaking skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work effectively under pressure

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence required
