Empower young adults by becoming a Volunteer Training Facilitator at Empowered Futures. Leverage your skills to foster emotional intelligence and self-empowerment.

This part-time volunteer role is perfect for individuals with a passion for training and development. You will co-create and conduct training sessions aimed at preparing youth for adulthood while documenting their progress. Your experience in training facilitation and content creation will be key as you analyze and identify learning needs within our community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training content for various skills

• Co-facilitate and lead training workshops

• Track and document training effectiveness

• Collaborate with HR on learning assessments

• Utilize learning frameworks for analytics and feedback

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of training facilitation experience

• 1 year of content creation expertise

• Compatible with Google Suite and Slack

• Strong English communication skills

• Must currently live in Canada and attend evening events
