Outreach Training Specialist

Position: Outreach Training Specialist at Habitat Health
Elevate the outreach team at Habitat Health by becoming an Outreach & Enrollment Trainer. This role focuses on developing training plans and enhancing engagement strategies for new hires.

As a critical member of the Growth team, you will drive the effectiveness of Outreach & Enrollment efforts. You’ll craft tailored training for hiring, ensure compliance, and support teams in delivering essential care for aging adults.

Your role combines training plan creation, on-site coaching, and continuous improvement through competency checklists and audits, preparing representatives to generate referrals confidently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design 30/60/90-day training plans for new O&E hires

• Create and maintain competency frameworks for effective training

• Conduct on-site training and coaching sessions

• Coordinate shadowing and feedback during training

• Regularly audit O&E teams for quality and compliance

Requirements:

• 4+ years in sales, outreach, or training roles

• Proven experience building training materials and plans

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Self-starter comfortable in a hybrid work setting

• Valid CA driver’s license and up-to-date immunizations
