Position: Learning Standards Analyst (LSA)

Training Specialist Senior – Learning Standards Analyst (LSA)

Make meaningful contributions that fuel critical outcomes for complex government, defense, and intelligence projects. Join GDIT as a Training Specialist Senior.

Responsibilities
  • Use AIM II 5.0; AIM Content Planning Module (CPM); AIM Learning Objective (LO) Module and NETC Course Development and Revision End-to-End Process.
  • Assist with developing a Training Situation Analysis, Training Systems Analysis, and Front-End Analysis to maintain a life‑cycle process comparing Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) data to existing Course Training Task Lists (CTTL) and learning objectives to identify training gaps or deficiencies.
  • Facilitate Subject Matter Expert (SME) workshops to identify and validate job duties and tasks and ascertain task attributes needed for developing learning objectives and curriculum.
  • Design and develop instructional approaches and strategies to meet training requirements; conduct analysis of training and media requirements; develop training objectives and test methods; design instructionally valid training materials; ensure integrity of task analysis, training requirements, hierarchies, materials, and evaluation plans; develop flow diagrams and storyboards.
Qualifications
  • Education:

    Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education, certifications, training, or work/military experience.
  • Experience:

    3+ years of related experience.
  • Technical skills: 3 years of experience in established training methods, techniques, and tools for developing and maintaining training courses and materials; 2 of those years in instructional technology (interactive courseware, PC‑simulation, computer‑assisted instruction, video training, computer‑based training).
  • Security clearance:
    Secret (must currently possess and be able to obtain).
  • US citizenship required.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Salary range: $76,500 – $103,500 (based on experience, location, and contractual requirements).
