Inclusive IPP Teacher

Make a meaningful impact as an Inclusive Individual Program Planning (IPP) Teacher at Marlborough Day Nursery in Calgary. This position focuses on supporting children with unique needs through tailored IPPs and collaborative practices.

We are looking for an Alberta-certificated teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and play-based learning. In this role, you will manage IPPs for children, ensure their developmental goals are met, and collaborate with support staff and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create individualized program plans for each child

• Collaborate with families and educational staff

• Build relationships with children and caregivers

• Manage essential documentation requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education and Alberta Teaching Certificate

• Experience in inclusive education and neurodiversity

• Skills in problem-solving and communication

• Standard First Aid with Child CPR certification
