This full-time Teaching/Therapeutic Assistant position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on children's lives. You'll assist in implementing Individual Program Plans and engage with diverse strategies to support those with developmental challenges, all while building solid relationships with colleagues, students, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply child development knowledge in classroom activities

• Engage children through various learning styles

• Communicate effectively with families about progress

• Work closely with therapists and educators

• Provide personal care while promoting dignity

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education related to child services

• One year of relevant classroom experience preferred

• Experience with children with special needs is a plus

• Current First Aid and CPR certification

• Strong active listening and communication skills
