As a Technical Instructor at West Jet, you will develop and update course curriculums, conduct training, and maintain accurate records. This crucial role requires a solid understanding of industry practices and a minimum of fifteen years of relevant experience, including training in a classroom setting. Collaborate closely with the Manager regarding all technical training matters.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop curricula and training materials for technical courses
• Conduct training sessions following approved guidelines
• Maintain precise attendance and training records
• Review and integrate new training bulletins into courses
• Communicate effectively with the Approved Training Organization
Requirements:
• Preferred instructional techniques course completion
• Minimum fifteen years’ experience in maintenance supervision
• Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License (M2)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point
• Strong technical writing skills advantageous
