In this leadership role, you will manage the entire training project lifecycle, collaborating closely with the Custom Training team. Your focus will be on logistics coordination, content oversight, and maintaining client relationships to facilitate repeat business. Leverage your administrative expertise while enhancing the reputation of MRU’s training offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and track custom training project logistics
• Create and manage agreements with subject matter experts
• Review and format training materials before client submission
• Handle client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy
• Maintain relationships with past participants for ongoing engagement
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 2-3 years’ experience in training operations
• Knowledge of adult learning principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability to various technology platforms
Contribute significantly to the excellence of MRU training programs through effective operations leadership.
