Position: Full-Time Student Recruitment Advisor Role
Join the University of Calgary as a dedicated Student Recruitment Advisor for an 8-month term, engaging with prospective students. Employ your outreach skills in both digital and in-person settings to promote the university's academic offerings and student services.

Your role will involve connecting with undergraduate students and their families to inform them about admissions processes, requirements, and the Canadian educational landscape. Collaborating closely with recruitment teams, you will implement outreach strategies and assess application credentials efficiently. Your responsibilities also include supporting campus tours and preparing recruitment documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified undergraduate applicants via outreach

• Advise students on University programs and admission criteria

• Create summary reports on recruitment efforts

• Facilitate campus tours and student informational sessions

• Develop targeted marketing strategies for recruitment

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Proven time management and project coordination abilities

• Familiarity with student information systems preferred

• Valid Class 5 driver's licence and good record
