Drive impactful training solutions as a Senior Training Analyst with GDIT.
Your role as a Learning Standards Analyst will focus on developing high-quality instruction for government projects.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze training needs using AIM II 5.0
• Develop comprehensive Training and Systems Analyses

• Design effective instructional and evaluation materials
• Maintain consistency in training requirements and hierarchies
Requirements:
• 3+ years of relevant training experience
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in a technical area
• Background in instructional technology essential
• Must possess a Secret security clearance
• Must be a US citizen
