Join ECO Canada as a trainer to facilitate engaging, hands-on learning experiences over 2-6 day sessions. Instructors will leverage pre-developed materials to teach key blue economy concepts including climate adaptation and coastal vulnerability. Your expertise in marine or environmental fields will be vital to create impactful training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver in-person training sessions using existing curriculum
• Facilitate practical learning with real-world examples
• Adapt content to fit diverse regional contexts
• Engage participants from various backgrounds and experiences
• Collaborate with staff and fellow instructors when needed
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in coastal, marine, or environmental fields
• Proven experience in delivering training workshops
• Strong communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for audiences
• Willingness to travel for in-person sessions
