Make a difference in student lives as an SSC Facilitator. Support and guide students through academic and personal challenges while fostering an inclusive campus environment.
The SSC Facilitator acts as the initial point of contact for students seeking help, focusing on academic advising, mental health, financial aid, and accessibility services. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will foster student involvement in various college activities while promoting well-being and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist students with academic, personal, and campus challenges
• Liaise with internal departments to provide resources
• Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups
• Promote student leadership programs and support groups
• Identify distressed students and coordinate mental health support
Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in Office Administration
• Minimum two years administrative experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
