ECO Canada is expanding its roster for experienced trainers to deliver in-person micro-credential courses ranging from 2 to 6 days. This flexible, as-needed role allows trainers to leverage their expertise in areas like coastal monitoring and climate adaptation. Candidates will not only engage diverse learning environments but also adapt training to fit regional contexts while maintaining essential learning goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging 2-6 day training sessions in person
• Facilitate practical, hands-on learning experiences
• Adapt curriculum for regional and community relevance
• Engage participants of varying backgrounds and experience
• Collaborate with ECO Canada staff and co-instructors
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years of relevant coastal or environmental experience
• Proven expertise in specific micro-credential topics
• Experience in training or group facilitation
• Strong communication and engagement skills
• Willingness to travel for training delivery
