This position is suited for qualified candidates with a graduate degree in organizational behaviour, aiming to instruct OBHR 601 LEC 02. Classes run from August 24-28, 2026, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Your experience in teaching similar courses will enhance student engagement and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver lectures focused on leadership and organizational behaviour
• Facilitate experiential learning activities and self-assessments
• Assess student performance and provide feedback
• Collaborate with faculty for course improvement
• Maintain inclusive and respectful classroom environment
Requirements:
• Graduate degree in organizational behaviour (MBA, PhD, etc.)
• Previous teaching experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to diversity and inclusivity
