Teach Organizational Behaviour at UCalgary

Become a Sessional Instructor at the Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, teaching Organizational Behaviour in Fall 2026. Engage students with experiential learning and leadership techniques during block week.

This position is suited for qualified candidates with a graduate degree in organizational behaviour, aiming to instruct OBHR 601 LEC 02. Classes run from August 24-28, 2026, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. Your experience in teaching similar courses will enhance student engagement and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures focused on leadership and organizational behaviour

• Facilitate experiential learning activities and self-assessments

• Assess student performance and provide feedback

• Collaborate with faculty for course improvement

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in organizational behaviour (MBA, PhD, etc.)

• Previous teaching experience preferred
