In this role, you will provide coaching and individualized support for job seekers returning to the workforce. Your expertise in delivering workshops, conducting vocational assessments, and preparing participants for job interviews will be essential. You will also help in creating and enhancing vocational training content and maintain participant files diligently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions in-person and online
• Conduct vocational assessments to identify employment barriers
• Support resume and cover letter creation for participants
• Monitor and maintain participant files accurately
• Assist in content development and training improvements
Requirements:
• Degree or technical training in a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in group facilitation
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Understanding of local labour market dynamics
