Professional Learning Coordinator

Become a key player at the Werklund School of Education as a Full-time Limited Term Professional Learning Coordinator. This role focuses on enhancing professional learning for educators while supporting students with ADHD and neurodiversity.

The Werklund School of Education at the University of Calgary seeks a dedicated Professional Learning Coordinator for a 12-month term. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to develop and deliver professional learning programs. You will design curricula and support educators in understanding ADHD through research-based practices to positively impact teaching and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with staff to identify professional learning topics

• Lead and implement curricula for supporting students with ADHD

• Develop micro-credential courses in collaboration with leadership

• Deliver knowledge mobilization activities across various modalities

• Maintain educational content and manage professional learning materials

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in psychology or related field

• Experience in delivering adult education or presentations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze data for program effectiveness

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online learning systems
