As a Training Expert, you will coordinate all training aspects, such as scheduling and logistics, while maintaining training systems and records. Your background, ideally two years in a similar role, will help you develop effective training materials and contribute to the LMS implementation process. Collaborating with plant leadership is key to supporting training priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all training logistics and attendance

• Develop and update classroom and online training material

• Monitor and report training effectiveness

• Act as a resource for plant leadership

• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods

Requirements:

Education:

Grade 12 or equivalent

• Minimum two years in training coordination

• Familiarity with industrial safety training

• Strong influencing and organizational skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and training systems
