The Department of Physics and Astronomy is seeking a sessional instructor for the upcoming term. This role demands excellence in lecture instruction and oversight of lab and tutorial sessions for the course focused on wave motion in acoustics and optics. The ideal candidate will make an impact through effective teaching strategies and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lectures covering Acoustics and Optics
• Guide students through laboratory experiments
• Prepare instructional materials and evaluations
• Foster collaborative learning in tutorials
• Maintain student engagement in class discussions
Requirements:
• MSc or PhD in Physics or closely related area
• Demonstrated effectiveness in teaching
• Ability to connect with and inspire students
