Key Responsibilities:

• Design learning objectives aligned with business goals

• Collaborate with experts to curate training content

• Develop engaging eLearning solutions using Articulate 360

• Create assessments to measure learning effectiveness

• Continuously improve training initiatives for stakeholder satisfaction

Requirements:

• Expert knowledge of insurance products and operations

• Active RIBO or Alberta insurance license, CIP designation

• Minimum 5 years in the insurance industry

• 3 years of formal training experience

• Proficient in eLearning content development
