The Department of Economics invites applications for sessional instructors to teach courses from August to December 2026. Ideal candidates will hold a PhD in Economics or a related field, with strong teaching experience at the undergraduate level. Opportunities include teaching in person, ensuring that students receive quality education and support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach ECON 203 - Principles of Macroeconomics
• Conduct lectures for ECON 303 - Macroeconomics I
• Prepare and deliver engaging course materials
• Provide academic support and assessment to students
• Foster an inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
• PhD in Economics or related field required
• Experience teaching university-level courses preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to inclusive teaching practices
• Availability for the entire term duration
