Fall 2026: Sessional Jazz Dance Instructor

Description  the school of creative and performing arts (scpa), division of dance invites applications for sessional instructors to teach the following courses in the fall 2026. Lectures for the fall 2026 term run from september 1 to december 4, 2026. Please see the academic schedule for additional important dates and deadlines.

Dnce 211: introductory jazz dance   sem s01 / lab b01:  course dates: september 1 - december 4, 2026 tuesdays and thursdays, 8:00 to 9:50 course description: introductory study of the techniques of jazz dance.
Dnce 311/313/411/413: elementary jazz dance / intermediate jazz dance   sem s01 / lab b01:  course dates: september 1 - december 4, 2026 tuesdays and thursdays, 10:00 to 11:50 course description: elementary study of the techniques of jazz dance. Intermediate study of the techniques of jazz dance.

Qualifications/requirements:

Preferred qualification: possession of mfa or phd in dance or interdisciplinary mfa or phd with a dance focus.
