Part Time Education Associate in Southport

Transform adult learning experiences as a temporary part time Education Associate at Southport, Education Services. Lead non-clinical education initiatives and CPR training for staff every Tuesday to Thursday.

This role collaborates closely with the Program Director and site managers to develop and deliver education based on adult learning principles. You will assess and implement education programs while addressing the learning needs of individuals and staff in non-clinical settings. Your contributions will ensure effective training and orientation for new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver non-clinical education and CPR training programs

• Support staff with corporate-wide educational initiatives

• Manage orientation and ongoing education for new hires

• Identify learning needs across various staff roles

• Evaluate effectiveness of educational programs within the organization

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education preferred

• Adult education training certificate or diploma required

• Minimum one year of adult teaching experience

• CPR Instructor credentials preferred

• Strong computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
