Educational Psychology Sessional Instructor

The University of Calgary seeks a qualified Sessional Instructor for EDPS 693.20, focusing on Educational Psychology for Winter 2027. This role involves teaching online and on-campus graduate courses.

Engage with the Werklund School of Education as a Sessional Instructor in a term certain position. Candidates should have a PhD or EdD and a strong background in psychology to share foundational theories of child development. Teach impactful graduate courses designed to develop high-quality educational professionals. You will help shape the academic growth of over 1,000 graduate students in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach child development theories and research

• Develop course materials for online and in-person formats

• Facilitate engaging learning experiences for graduate students

Requirements:

• PhD or EdD in psychology or related field

• Experience with online/distance education delivery
