This position, commencing July 1, 2027, requires candidates with a doctorate in Education and a strong research program in school leadership. You’ll contribute to scholarship in areas like strategic planning, governance, and the complexities of educational leadership. Preference is given to those with K-12 leadership expertise and strong teaching capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct and publish research in K-12 school leadership
• Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in educational administration
• Supervise graduate students in their academic pursuits
• Engage with local and international educational communities
• Develop curriculum related to leadership theory and school improvement
Requirements:
• Doctorate in Education or related discipline
• Established research program with funding capability
• Strong teaching and graduate supervision track record
• Evidence of community engagement and professional collaborations
• Publication record relevant to educational leadership
