Become part of ECO Canada's trainer roster, facilitating engaging 2-6 day sessions that cover topics like coastal restoration, climate adaptation, and vulnerability assessments. Your experience in relevant subjects will inform and enrich the learning experience for participants, fostering applied skills for real-world application.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver structured, in-person training sessions effectively
• Promote hands-on learning with community relevance
• Adapt course content based on local contexts
• Engage a diverse range of participants effectively
• Collaborate with ECO Canada for improved delivery
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in marine, coastal, or environmental disciplines
• Proven capacity to conduct training or workshops
• Strong ability to communicate complex concepts
• Experience engaging with various audience segments
• Willingness to travel to conduct training sessions
