In your role as ECE-IT, you’ll support vital early milestones and enhance family connections through engaging educational practices. Joining an integrated team, your work will include safety supervision and developing a curriculum that respects the unique needs of every child. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert guidance on nutrition, sleep, and routines for infants
• Design, implement, and review developmental activities
• Work collaboratively with external therapists for inclusive care
• Engage families in discussions about their child's development
• Maintain accurate documentation for safety compliance
Requirements:
• Approved ECE-IT Certification through BC
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Experience in Community Care Licensed facilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Legal entitlement to work in Canada
