Fueling Brains Group Teacher Position

Fueling Brains is hiring a Group Teacher to support and enrich the learning experiences of children aged 2.8 to 6 years. This role focuses on promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth in a collaborative educational setting.

In your capacity as a Group Teacher, you will be responsible for facilitating meaningful interactions with young learners while closely collaborating with Lead Teachers. Your involvement will ensure continuity of care as children transition through different learning environments. This includes observing and documenting individual progress while also communicating updates to families with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusting relationships and engage children effectively

• Partner with Lead Teachers for lesson facilitation

• Observe and document children's developmental journeys

• Maintain open communication with parents and families

• Mentor new educators for classroom consistency

Requirements:

• Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or Level 3 Certification

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience working with children aged 2.8 to 6 years

• Strong interpersonal skills for parent interaction

• Successful completion of criminal record and First Aid check
