As a crucial member of Kinross, you’ll oversee the training initiatives for our Red Lake operations, providing leadership to the technical training team. Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and manage training professionals to meet objectives

• Design and assess competency-based training curricula

• Collaborate with operations to address training gaps

• Maintain compliance and training performance records

• Integrate safety practices into all training programs

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical training

• Journeyperson trade certification is preferred

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems

• Knowledge of operational health and safety legislation

• Adult education certification or Train-the-Trainer qualification preferred
