Position: Montessori Lead Teacher for Preschool
Fueling Brains Academy in Calgary is looking for an experienced Montessori Lead Teacher for our Jumping Junipers classroom. You will nurture independence and critical thinking skills in preschoolers.

In this full-time role, you will create engaging and structured learning experiences for children aged 3–5. As a key leader, you will mentor educators, maintain high classroom standards, and foster strong family relationships. Your commitment to early childhood education will play a vital role in preparing children for Kindergarten.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Left Brain Jumping Junipers preschool

• Design and implement Montessori curriculum

• Support children's self-regulation and confidence

• Observe and assess children's development

• Collaborate with educators for a unified approach

Requirements:

• Certified Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator

• At least 2 years of relevant experience

• Understanding of developmental strategies

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to manage dynamic classroom environments
