Fueling Brains Academy seeks a passionate Lead Teacher for the Pondering Pines classroom, dedicated to inspiring children aged 3 to 5 in a Reggio-inspired environment. You will create engaging, inquiry-driven learning experiences that nurture creativity and collaboration.

As the Lead Teacher, you'll oversee the Right Brain homeroom, emphasizing play-based learning and executive function development.

Your role involves mentoring Group Educators and partnering with families while maintaining a high-quality educational environment. Your passion for early childhood education will ensure children are prepared for Kindergarten and are eager to explore and create.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Right Brain homeroom with a welcoming atmosphere

• Implement inquiry-based and play-based learning experiences

• Use observations to inspire meaningful learning projects

• Foster creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking

• Monitor children's development and maintain accurate progress records

Requirements:

• Alberta Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification

• Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with children aged 3–5

• Strong communication skills with families and colleagues

• Ability to adapt programming for diverse learning needs
