In this key leadership position, you will mentor and guide other educators while implementing the Reggio-inspired curriculum. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a creative and inspiring classroom environment

• Plan and execute play-based, inquiry-driven learning

• Lead engaging circle times and cooperative projects

• Document and assess children's growth and learning

• Build trusting relationships with families and maintain communication

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Childhood Educator Certification from Alberta

• Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education

• At least 2 years of relevant teaching experience

• Expertise in early learning curriculum development

• Strong ability to interact effectively with children and families
