Evanston Early Childhood Educator Position

Join Kids & Company as a full-time Early Childhood Educator Level 2 or 3 in Evanston and support children's development through individualized care. Be a part of a nurturing team focused on growth.

This essential role involves providing tailored 1:1 support for children with exceptionalities while collaborating with families to achieve developmental goals. You'll implement an Emergent Curriculum, create a safe environment, and maintain health standards across classrooms, making a significant impact on children's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 individualized support for children

• Collaborate on individualized goals with families

• Support an Emergent Curriculum implementation

• Maintain safety and licensing standards

• Document daily observations and classroom records

Requirements:

• Valid Level 2 or Level 3 Alberta Early Childhood Educator certification

• Current First Aid & CPR Level B certification

• Recent Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check

• Experience with exceptionalities preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
