BrightPath Kindergarten Teacher Position

This role requires a passionate Certificated Teacher committed to inclusivity and collaboration in the Kindergarten program. Your responsibilities will be equally divided between teaching and developing Individual Program Plans (IPP) that meet the needs of each child in our care. Reporting to the Kindergarten Manager, you will engage with multiple stakeholders, including families and therapy teams, to enhance the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary educational team

• Develop Individual Program Plans for PUF program students

• Adhere to the Alberta Education Curriculum requirements

• Provide weekly lesson planning to the Kindergarten Manager

• Maintain effective communication with families and fellow educators

Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor of Education and certification from Alberta

• Strong skills in communication and conflict resolution

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license

• Recent police clearance and vulnerable sector check

• Current Standard First Aid and Child CPR certification
