Key Responsibilities:

• Design curriculum and learning solutions across all services

• Fulfill the delivery of leadership and professional skills programs

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to craft learning outcomes

• Develop and support team capacity in instructional design

• Streamline instructional design processes for quality improvement

Requirements:

• Degree in Education, Instructional Design or related fields

• 5-8 years relevant experience in L&D

• 2+ years handling teams and education projects

• Strong understanding of instructional design frameworks

• Familiarity with AI learning tools and methodologies
