Position: Facilitator for Job Readiness Programs
Join Lifemark as a Facilitator focused on job readiness programs, empowering job seekers with essential skills and support. Lead workshops and provide one-on-one coaching tailored to individual participant needs.

You will work closely with participants to assess their skills and barriers to employment, guiding them through effective job search strategies. Additionally, you will develop and enhance training content while maintaining participant records. This role not only emphasizes strong communication skills but also the ability to adapt teaching methods for various audiences and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate diverse workshops both online and face-to-face

• Conduct assessments to evaluate participant readiness

• Support in creating tailored resumes and cover letters

• Prepare participants for effective job search techniques

• Monitor and update participant records and reporting

Requirements:

• University or technical training related to the role

• 1-3 years of experience in group facilitation

• Knowledge of job search platforms and services

• Strong written and verbal communication

• Familiarity with cultural diversity and inclusion
