Intact is in search of a Bilingual Learning and Instructional Design Practice Lead. This role requires strong skills in educational technologies, instructional design, and learning science. You will contribute to modernizing learning practices within Claims, ensuring quality and operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recommend best practices in instructional design and educational technology

• Coach instructional designers on pedagogical strategies and improvements

• Contribute to quality assurance processes for learning solutions

• Analyze learning needs to propose relevant educational approaches

• Collaborate with experts to ensure aligned and applicable solutions

Requirements:

• University degree in instructional design or related field

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in L&D or transformation-focused environments

• Bilingualism in French and English is mandatory

• Strong knowledge of design tools like Microsoft 365 and Articulate 360

• Proven ability to guide team practices and skills development
