Join Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools as a full-time Educational Assistant ncis of Assisi Academy, located in DeWinton, Alberta. Support students in a faith-filled, caring environment.
This role seeks an Educational Assistant for the academic year, dedicated to enhancing the learning experience of students from Kindergarten to Grade
9. Candidates should exemplify enthusiasm, empathy, and patience, with a strong preference for those who have supported students with complex learning profiles. A commitment to the Catholic educational environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in classroom instruction and management
• Support students with individual learning needs
• Foster a caring atmosphere for student engagement
• Collaborate with teachers to promote academic success
• Engage in continuous professional training
Requirements:
• Prior experience as an Educational Assistant is an asset
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to student needs
• Strong alignment with Catholic values and practices
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team
