In this strategic position, you will be responsible for the continuous enhancement of training programs that instill the required operational skills in drivers and technicians. Working closely with various stakeholders, you'll ensure that training practices not only meet company goals but also empower employees in their roles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development of technical training programs and pathways
• Guide Technical Training Specialists in program implementation
• Align training with operational and safety standards
• Develop assessments to confirm skill competencies
• Track and report on training effectiveness and compliance
Requirements:
• Preferred degree in engineering, education, or related fields
• At least seven years in technical training or field operations
• Minimum three years in a leadership role
• Experience with competency-based training and assessments
• Strong communication skills across teams
