MaKami College is seeking a dedicated SALT Facilitator to empower students overcoming various obstacles. The role involves guiding them through academic advising, mental health support, and financial aid while ensuring their wellbeing. With a focus on inclusion, you will collaborate with internal departments to create a nurturing atmosphere for student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in navigating academic and personal challenges

• Act as the main contact for support service inquiries

• Provide information on academic advising and financial aid

• Liaise between students and essential internal departments

• Promote student involvement in college activities

Requirements:

• Diploma in Office Administration or related field

• Minimum two years in an administrative role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent organization and time management abilities
